After 25 years working in the field of Leadership Development and Talent Management, and having experienced the trials and tribulations (and sheer joy of course!) of being a leader myself, one thing is clear: Most people don’t set out to be bad leaders (that would be...odd). Instead, more often than not, they lack the self-awareness that makes the difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’.

Leadership isn’t about always having the perfect answer or bossing every skill under the sun; it’s about understanding how your behaviour affects those around you—and how that ripples through your team and the entire organisation - for better or for worse.

This is why a focus on Emotional Intelligence, understanding Behaviour and improving Personal Impact, is at the heart of all our programmes—it’s often the subtle shifts in behaviour that lead to the biggest improvements in team health and company culture.
