The Programme

  • Kick off your leadership journey with Leading with Impact, the foundational module in our leadership development program that sets the stage for unlocking your personal strengths and understanding team dynamics.

    This interactive, eye-opening session focuses on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Behavioral Models to help you become a more self-aware, impactful leader.

    In this foundational module, you will:

    • Discover Your Emotional Intelligence Strengths & Weaknesses: Dive into the world of Emotional Intelligence and gain a deep understanding of your personal EI profile. Through self-assessments and reflection, you’ll uncover your emotional strengths and identify areas for growth—vital for leading yourself and others with empathy and insight.

    • Identify & Understand Your Behavioural Profile: Using proven behavioural models, you’ll explore what drives your behaviours, preferences, and decision-making processes. By recognising your own profile, you’ll also begin to understand how your style influences your leadership approach, helping you lead with authenticity.

    • Deep Dive into Personal Impact & Team Dynamics: Leadership is about more than just self-awareness—it’s about how you interact with others. In this session, you’ll start to appreciate the diverse preferences and attitudes that shape communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making within your team. Learn how to adapt your style to better connect with others, enhance team cohesion, and navigate challenging situations with confidence.

    • Effective Decision Making: Leaders face tough decisions every day. This segment focuses on refining your decision-making process, balancing logic and intuition, and making choices that align with both your goals and team dynamics.     • Motivating Your Team (Self-Reflection): What truly motivates your team? In this reflective exercise, you’ll explore your personal leadership style and how it influences your team’s motivation.

    5. Building Trust & Psychological Safety: Trust and psychological safety are the cornerstones of high-performing teams. You’ll leave with a personal leadership statement and a clear plan for action.

    1. The Leader as Performance Coach: Great leaders are great coaches. In this session, you’ll learn how to adopt a coaching mindset to unlock your team’s potential. We’ll explore practical coaching techniques that help you guide your team members towards higher performance, greater self-awareness, and continuous growth.

    2. Empowered Delegation: Delegation isn’t just about assigning tasks—it’s about empowering your team to take ownership and grow their capabilities. Learn the art of delegating effectively by giving your team the tools, trust, and authority they need to succeed. You’ll walk away with strategies to delegate in a way that boosts productivity and fosters accountability.

    3. Feedback for Growth: Constructive feedback is a powerful tool for development, but it can be challenging to deliver—especially when it comes to difficult conversations. In this session, you’ll learn how to give feedback that inspires growth while handling tough conversations with confidence and empathy.     4. Personal Leadership Statement (Guided Reflection): In this reflective exercise, you’ll write your personal leadership statement—an actionable declaration of your leadership style, values, and vision for growth. It’s your roadmap for continuous improvement and leadership excellence.

The group session

We focus on the individual in the context of their teams and wider organisation. Part of the magic is therefore in learning with other people; group sessions are an integral part of all our programmes.

Highly dynamic, you begin to understand the impact that your behavioural preferences and leadership style has on others. You will then test and practice different approaches in relation to key capabilities, including communication, building trust, influencing...

We aim to challenge your deeply held assumptions and encourage you to look at things in fresh and new ways.

These sessions will also significantly improve inter-team relationships and boost your peer network.

The FOundation

How do you inspire, motivate and engage others? How do you develop resilience, agility and change readiness? How do you establish trust and psychological safety?

The Leadership Catalyst builds self awareness, and develops leadership behaviour, capability and adaptability. The learning experience is deep and robust, and starts with a behavioural self-assessment followed by group session.

During (optional) 1:1 coaching sessions we will further explore your behavioural profiles, strengths, weaknesses, aspirations and limiting beliefs, as well as your personal goals and challenges.
