Four 3-hour modules, suitable for teams of all shapes and sizes. Designed to build trust, cohesion, enhance relationships and strengthen commitment.

Modules can be booked individually or combined into full day programmes. Each module is dynamic, energising and highly interactive!

Psychometric self-assessments such as DiSC or Insights Discovery are optional extras that can significantly enhance learning.

Participants can take a DiSC, Insights Discovery or Gallup StrengthFinder self-assessment to understand their behavioural profiles and core strengths.

During a 1:1 coaching session they will reflect on the feedback and explore their personal development goals.

The Team Catalyst programme will change the way team members work together—boosting engagement, increasing productivity, and creating an all round better team culture. 

Like all our programmes, Emotional Intelligence is our starting point. Through greater self awareness, teams will learn to recognise and appreciate each other’s differences, and develop techniques ro apply this deeper understanding for better results.

The sessions

Each module is a firecracker in its own right, and will put the oomph (back) into any team!

You will walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself and each other, greater cohesion, and a shared sense of purpose.

We explore individual and team behavioural profiles, begin to understand the balance of strengths and weaknesses, and uncover the blockers and enablers to cohesion, trust and engagement.

There will be specific focus on effective communication, influencing, dealing with conflict, commitment to goals and accountability, and creating psychological safety.
