Based on Google’s Project Aristotle and other research, this session explores the five key elements of high-performing teams and helps teams assess and improve their performance using these principles.

Understanding Yourself and Others
This interactive session is designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of emotional intelligence and behavioural profiles.
Emotional intelligence focuses on the ability to recognise, understand, and manage emotions—both one’s own and others’—in various work situations.
The DiSC behavioural model (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) will be used to assess behavioural tendencies, which affect communication styles, decision-making processes, and conflict management strategies.
Through hands-on activities, participants will gain self-awareness, practice empathy, and learn to flex their communication to effectively collaborate with individuals of different styles.

Trust and psychological safety are foundational elements for high-performing teams. While they are closely related, they are not the same. Understanding and cultivating both is essential for fostering innovation, collaboration, and resilience within teams.
This session will explore the differences between trust and psychological safety, their roles in team success, and practical strategies to build them within your team.

This interactive 1.5-hour workshop will help participants explore and develop the skills required to encourage inclusivity in teams, especially in remote team settings.
The session will focus on building a culture where all team members feel heard, valued, and respected, regardless of their location.
Participants will engage in role-playing scenarios, group discussions, and actionable planning that they can immediately implement with their teams.
The goal is to equip leaders and employees with the tools and strategies needed to foster an inclusive environment, enhance team collaboration, and ensure everyone feels they belong.

Develop the skills to mine for and resolve workplace conflicts.
This 90-minute interactive session will focus on the dynamics of workplace conflict and how to address it in a way that fosters growth.
Participants will be introduced to different types of conflict, understand the root causes, and learn techniques for conflict resolution. We will go beyond just resolving conflict by discussing how to "mine for conflict"—the practice of identifying and proactively addressing underlying tensions before they escalate, and how conflict can spur innovation and collaboration.
